Most of you know me for my bike tours and walking tours in Barcelona. In addition, my sister and her family have been living in Trondheim for fifteen years, and I have been spending a lot of my free time in Trondheim as well. During the pandemic, my husband and I also lived here for several months, and this year we are even staying for the entire summer season. In the meantime, I have grown immensely fond of Trondheim and the beautiful nature surrounding it, offering a wonderful change of pace from the often bustling Barcelona.

During this 2 to 2.5-hour private walking tour, I will show you the most beautiful spots in the historical part of the city. In the old town we will pass by the Nidaros Cathedral, the old royal palace ‘Stiftsgården’ and the old town bridge. We will also stroll through the picturesque old harbour district of Bakklandet, famous for the colorful wooden houses that Trondheim is known for. On top of that we enjoy a beautiful view of the city from the Kristiansten Fortress. Along the way, there is always time for a coffee with a delicious cinnamon bunn or a Norwegian waffle, if desired.

During this 2 to 2,5-hour private bike tour, we will cycle along the best spots in the city. We will visit both the famous highlights and the hidden gems of trondheim. Our route takes us along the Trondheim Fjord, the Nidelva River, and through the historic old town, including the Nidaros Cathedral, the Old Town Bridge, and the royal palace, Stiftsgården.

Optional: If preferred, the tour can be extended by including a ride up to a beautiful viewpoint overlooking the city. For this option, we will head into the hills using e-bikes. This tour will take approximately 3 hours.
